Is it possible to enter data of more than one option in a single cell and analyze in SPSS. (Example: value 1, 4 in a single cell)

Thanks for this very helpful video - 4 of 5 stars! The lesson "One-way analysis of variance" appears twice (from t=5256). Unfortunately, the audio track is broken from t=5727 on, after that large parts of the video are without sound or the sound doesn't match the picture. Please correct this. It would also be very nice if you split the video into short single lessons or at least give timestamps in the video description.

I have a question doing regression analysis of data that has been coded in the values section of the variable view window as 1=Strongly Agree,2=Agree, 3=Disagree, 4=Strongly Disagree, 5=Neither. Each question had the five multiple choices and respondents responded differently. I had 31 questions distributed to 91 respondents basing on three specific objectives. How would I run regression analysis so that I precisely know how many "Agrees" do I have for each specific objectives? Someone kindly help
