The homes that aren’t selling are in the bad parts of town no one wants to live in. There’s a few with 150+ days on market but the area is a straight no after touring a few of these homes myself. These are perfectly move in ready as well but you won’t be able to resell or rent them.

Yes we would Love to be the developer of the property but I believe we can get the property rezoned to allow higher density. I was just at a Two Harbors Planning Commission meeting and talked to Justin the City Planner. I have an LLC let’s make this happen this year Adam.
