I have set 13600K to static 1.195V and OC 5.3Ghz P-core / 4.2Ghz E-core. With air cooling Thermalright PA 120, temps in Cinebench R23 peak at 85C and score little over +25K points. Normal gaming temps hover around 60~70c which I'm totally fine with.

These can run hot tho. The issue is the voltage spikes on the cores. When its randomly hitting 1.4+ idle. If you don't have the x12b microcode update I wouldn't even risk letting these things get past 1.1. I'm trialing one right now and a previous one before. I had that one on 1.5 constantly with dual monitors and it started giving me black screening within a week.

Thats one thing about the thermal velocity boost settings, the hotter you run, the more it adds power, which means the hotter you'll run. Its cyclic. Thats why you saw less power draw on the after than the before test. I understand that's just how semiconductor efficiency works in general but i think TVB might be overdoing it a bit lol

it's not bad because at least you try to cool the water before sending it to the cpu. most builds that I see people are just feeding their cpu hot water from the gpu like they are trying to warm up the cpu lol. smh

Work with linux , monitor mod ?

Awesome. Just got one and assembled it on my work bench. Some tips for assembly: When you get ready to install the middle and top shelves, use a philips screwdriver thru the holes at each corner to hold them it place. Also put wheels on first on a workbench. You can pull the shelf beyond end of workbench top making it really easy to install wheels on each end. Also use a framing square to square up the long sides (tighten all bolts on the long sides first), then do the short sides (tighten remaining loose bolts). Finally, an electric ratchet is super handy for this job.

The arrow on the tray (that goes inside the housing) tells you which side of the tray goes up. It doesn't tell us if you put the correct side of the filter element up or not. If the filter had an arrow on it that also said up then that would indicate which side of the filter goes up when you insert it into the tray BUT if the filter had arrows that said "air flow" next to them then the arrows on the filter should point down in the direction of air flow when you place it in the tray.

I have one that's much larger with 5 trays. It's metal. I don't believe the sell those anymore. Wish I had purchased more of them in the past.

That was a lousy demonstration

The eco setting is just an indicator. When you are driving economically (light on gas pedal, etc,) that indicator lights up on the dash. The setting you showed lets you turn off the indicator. The mode buttons are what actually determine how the car will “perform”
