Back in 1988 Teddy asked me if my wife Katherine could do some background vocals on his new track. Since I do not own the rights to this track but was involved with it to a small degree I am posting this song. Lately I have been getting a lot of people asking me about this track so i decided to post the Maxi single version of it so everyone could hear Katherine's background vocals & moans. I believe those are my wife's lips on the cover of the LP.

I have not lived in Thaleischweiler since 1983. I no longer live in Germany so so I cannot get a picture of the houses you want. I do know many families from Biebermuhler StraBe. I used to go to the Dorf Fests for Winter & Summer from 1990-1999 before moving to America I may be able to contact a friend who lives there However that will take some time.

In that race, sadly the lone Chaparral had to retire early and the race was won by Porsche 908 prototypes coming in 1st to 5th in one row. Very impressive, but still my admiration was with that Chaparral driven by Jim Hall

What a great loss for the US to give away a $32 trillion dollar asset for FREE , without any conditions , not protecting its national security interest or its impact on its national economic interest. @@alpringle5000 It was obtained in a legally binding contract,no other nation would hand over a asset of any value because the other party was unhappy with the decision it leaders had made, look at China if they make deal with your country try to undo it and view the result. the US had to purchase the land the canal was built on from the property owners before the construction and then made a yearly payment to the panama govt that was agreed upon in the contract, this fact is left out canal claims.

No one knew how the government would operate the canal with the corruption being so rampant among government officials. But you can't deny history. The deal that handed the guarantee of the land and operations of the canal to the US was signed by a Frenchman in Washington. Panama gained independence from Spain and voluntarily joined Colombia. A war broke out. Panama was looking for a way out. The US offered it and Panama in a way, took it. I say in a way because of? "The Frenchman". So the way the US obtained the lease was not straight forward and Panama was kept out of most of the dealings. Fast forward to now. Do you think the expansion would have been possible? How are Panamanians operating the canal? I give them an AAA+. Panama is the #1 economy in Latin America. Migrants who can't make it to the US chose Panama instead. The US still has rights to the canal. And many other good things have happened since the handover.

Best Race track ever, and Porsches light Cars destroy the V8 nimbus
The track is actually so big you can only see a small portion and between laps you have to wait so in reality its not a fun track unless you are actually driving it.

I was a member of KRATA for a long time. Al Suarez with the green Alfa GT Jr for a while, then a Fiat 850 and the last a 1971 Burgundy Super Beetle. I'm still kicking and live in Georgia. Retired from the Army in 1978. We had a good time with slaloms and Rally events.
I was a KRATA member from 69-76 Andy and his BMW Alpina and I had several cars including my burgundy 71 Sper Beetle. good times.
I also had a 1973 Special Sports Bug Beetle, there was only 500 made. I loved that car. Even had heating controls, and a dash full of instruments other than the speedometer. I loved getting up to a car like a BMW or an Escort or even an OPEL and blasting by it. That thing was quick. The fastest Beetle i ever rode in. Sad that one week before I was due to turn it over to the new owner someone clipped the side of it and the sale was terminated and the car was junked.

Since these 8mm films were made years before i was born and made before my father married or knew my mother. So I cannot tell you who anyone is. I have listed the dates of the videos and where it was taken, so now you might be able to tell me. Everyone in this video is at least 65 years old and older. My father has passed away

Jennifer, what is it you would like to know. 66morning view, I made this video well over 5 years ago and only just posted it 3-4 years ago, i believe i got it off of an old VHS tape my father recorded from either the AFN-TV or from the AFN-Radio. He used to record all kinds of racing things from TV & Radio on VHS.
