“Great insights, Brandon! The emphasis on live coaching, setting clear expectations, and celebrating small wins really resonates with me. Coaching is such a powerful tool to unlock potential and drive performance, especially in sales. Excited to see how solutions like Blue can revolutionize this space with real-time feedback and AI-driven role plays! 👏 #sales #coaching”

Glad you think so!
@rahul we have that now at Wingify - It has a daily coaching cadence, plus ILTs, Self Learning paths (reading & watch List), Assessments, Peer Learning, Mocks, Regular trainees feedbacks, Facilitation led Sessions, & complete with Templates, Checklists, Samples and examples etc. But still it is far from perfect.
Thanks buddy
❤❤
Great interview. Ive realized its impossible to succeed as an SDR without thick skin. Im having a v slow month and was losing motivation but this definitely helps
I disagree. I have seen average SDRs become excellent AEs and even AMs. Some people just don’t enjoy the hustle of cold calling and cold emailing that much but when it comes to scheduled meetings and demos, they knock it out of the park. I am one of those people. I blew my CEOs mind who was not very confident when he promoted me initially after the previous BD manager had left but he promoted me twice after that in 2 years just to keep me in the organisation and when I was leaving, he offered me double the money as fixed component of my salary. But it was time for me to move on which I did.
"I don't hire the people for what they do".....wrong "I not only hire people for what they do but also"
Long live the OSG! 🔥🔥🔥
Amazing video as always
Pretty nice ending
The interviewer looks very bored of the speaker's thoughts
Inspiring!
MICHELLE HECHT 4:14 Psychological safety I second you on that. Thanks for the video, Rahul.
Thanks for the video, Rahul!
Automation is important in the initial part, like a cold email when the client responds to the cold email then humans can intervene, and personalize it. Secondly, I have learned from the sales podcast that people take a decision emotionally and justify that logically. Views and perspectives may vary!
Fantastic insights!
Thanks Arun. Anything which stood out for you?
🔥
Much needed.. Thanks a lot for sharing video
Thanks for the video Rahul!

Keep going, Rahul!
Thank you Yurie ;)
This was a beautiful video! Everyone wants a culture that promotes team work and learning while respecting the fact that we're all humans at the end of the day hence collaboration>competion.
We should have added “human” in the background. Jokes apart you are right. While it is a simple concept, most fail to understand this. Glad you liked it
Check out our sponsors Playbook.ai which is a kick-ass sales engagement platform. While most tools don’t offer a trial, they’ve come with a sales excellence program where you get free access for all features for 6 weeks and their customer success does the heavy lifting of implementation and advice on best practices provided you have more than 4 SDRs Check the link www.playbook.ai/sep, Click request invitation and type RWADHWA in Accelerator ID to gain access.
I am watching you 😎
That’s so sweet of you ❤️❤️
Thank you, Rahul and CJ, for the insightful episode! Thoroughly enjoyed the discussion surrounding internal movement and the talks on first-time Managers! I just have a topic to suggest and I’d be glad if you could cover it whenever possible :) --How should Companies/Sales Leaders set targets and effectively/fairly evaluate the performance of their SDRs? This may sound like a mainstream question but let me give you some context. Generally speaking, it’s all about numbers in the gamut of Sales Development and that’s exactly what bothers me the most. The reason being, some SDRs work in a highly mature market as opposed to some working in emerging markets. The demand for SAAS Tech is certainly high in the latter and the region is simply a goldmine of meetings (okay. little exaggeration) But the irony is, they all carry the same target irrespective of the market maturity! Hence, I believe it’s no more a fair playground. Wouldn’t it be nice if SDRs are educated on the logic behind the target that’s assigned to them? Not referring to the revenue target that’s drilled down from the Leadership to AEs to SDRs but I’m all focused on - Why ‘X’ target in the ‘Y’ region? Not sure if I’m trying to understand too much but I’m genuinely curious and would love to hear your perspective, Rahul Cheers :)
Venkat. We apologise for not getting back. We will cover this soon. Thanks for commenting and suggesting the topic.
@@rahulmwadhwa We are waiting! Thank you :)
effective probing is not only about asking smart questions but it is about being active listener and listen to the clients monologue patiently. From effective listening rep. will get the mutual action plan. Probing needs to be done in right quantity.
👏👏
Is Takk Madras the sponsor you were talking about on your LinkedIn post?
Good try. No
Top setup !
Hi Rahul, this was super insightful. I'm an SDR and I particularly struggle with the messaging. I use the hyper personalization approach but the results have not been that great. It would really help if you could share a sample of the messaging that you used for the 12 meetings!!!!!!!!!
Thanks for the insights Maryada and thanks to Rahul as well for getting Maryada.

One more reason some sales reps don't make content is because they think they're not successful enough in achieving their targets and that they do not have the credibility to post content
Record the journey. Repost your current understanding of your company’s blogs, industry articles. Don’t wait for that one day when you will start. Today is day 1. Tag us when you post next. Good luck
@@rahulmwadhwa That's the plan! I've taken up a new job recently and everyday is a learning for me. So what I meant was I feel I don't have enough knowledge about the industry to achieve my targets fully and as James rightly said, it takes a minimum 2 years to fully get comfortable in a role. But I understand your point, even recording my journey is content :)
@@ananthasubramanian1 you can start with being curious. Find people who are experts and comment on their posts. Ask questions. Tell the world you are hungry for knowledge. Remember individual brands are way more valuable than brands. Go create one for yourself
Got to learn a lot from this one!
