я заметил у себя что проц не нагружен и карта тоже, поэтому низкий фпс, в том же апексе карта на полную работает, что то у кс2 плохая оптимизация для амд

​@@backmount1999Ryzen 5 5500 выдает 300+ фпс. Дело не в AMD, а именно этот 4500-й весьма слабый проц для онлайн игр. Он типо как обрубок, отбраковка
