I like to play as a completionist, with all the secrets discovered.
Primarily I will publish longplays of older DOS games, which I have finished 100% (completionist).
I avoid commenting, but include text boxes with important info in relevant places.

@@ElderDragonBrasil I would love to, but unfortunately, my life circumstances changed some time ago. I am a single parent with four children, and my wife is a nursing case. As a result, I no longer have any time. If the situation changes, the first thing I will do is play 'Lands of Lore - Throne of Chaos.'
Why is everybody on here dropping the extra firepower and inventory space: Taghor and Dhorum give you 2 more ranged attacks and inventory space...I don't get it? I always had 3 people with ranged attacks and 4 swords upfront...
To level faster, limit the party to 4, since experience points are split across all party members.

1:47:45 What is Starfire actually do? I heard that it can be used against Dran firebreath in final fight and also can dispel magic projectiles if player click on Starfire fast enough, but never tried it.
Damn, I need to try this game out. There is some GOG version or your using some magic mumbo jubmo to run this?

Honestly, I would prefer you talking as well...much easier to know what happens when your attention is being elsewhere as well.
Sehr gute Kenntnisse in dem Spiel was Special Quests, Orientierung und das Kämpfen angeht. Aber warum hast du wertvolle Ring(Federfall, Ring der Zauberei uvm.) liegen lassen?
@@rud1gga155 Danke für das Feedback. Manche Sachen habe ich nicht mitgenommen, da sie für das Setup meiner Party unnötig waren. Ich habe dann andere Gegenstände vorgezogen.
i played and finished back in the years the eye of the beholder 2. the third i try it but never master it. so is i good opportunity to watch how you finish it! tremendus r.p.g the 2

Dangit! I finally find an EotB playthrough, and the guy's cheating! What's the point of watching a cheating playthrough?? I could just skip to the end cutscene, the ultimate cheat.
Yes, that's true, the stats boosting makes it way too easy. Unfortunately, I also realized that much too late, especially when transferring the party in EoB 2 and EoB 3.

@@drosselbusch The stat boosting is okay, every other SSI game expected you to do that and they tuned the enemies knowing that the player will use it. The problem is that EOB1 gives you a lot of awesome weapons and artifacts which, together with overlevelling, make EOB2 easy and it's itemization bland.
Huh, where did you get 'all attack' button? I've been playing GOG version and there is no such thing.

Loved this game when it first came out.

Wowww not a single death happened and without stopping it took 3 hours on afull throttle gameplay, super work 🙏🏻
I always hated those kind of games because I always missed a small mini map because without one I totally lose any orientation. I think such a map would certainly have been technically feasible.
From today's perspective, I agree, but back then, that was exactly what made it appealing: writing your own map on graph paper and figuring things out.
Now there is one with All-Seing Eye. The very thing that helped me to finally get through with these games :)

Damn good game. Shame it was not released for the Amiga as parts 1 and 2 were... Hard to find games that are very well curated like the ones from Westwood, Microprose etc....

Thank you for your question. I only did that to show the viewers what other characters there are in the game. After all, it's supposed to be 100% longplay.

Ja, M&M 6 habe ich rauf und runter gespielt. Auch eine gute Serie.
Eye of the Beholder habe ich irgendwie nie gespielt. Bei mir lief nur Might & Magic und Lands of Lore.
Die habe ich auch gespielt. M&M 6 und Lands of Lore Throne of chaos. Zu Lands of Lore wollte ich auch noch ein Longplay machen, aber die familiäre Situation lässt es aktuell nicht zu.
Eye of the Beholder 1 and 2 are fantastic, part 3 is great too, but in comparsion to the others its not so good. Because it was not developed from the same people. I playing part 1 and 2 all the years again. Would be nice to see a new game, or a remake of this series.

Played this game many times and completed many times, still my favorite of the series
I feel the same way, the levels are not quite as complex as in part one, but they are more varied. It's also a bit more immersive.
The all attack button is a neat feature. Does it work for bows and slings?
That's a good question, because I didn't use either in my playthroughs.

I beat the first game a long time ago but I got stuck in the Medusa maze in this one, lost the PC and the game before I could finish it. Nice to see how it ends.

What do you mean by bows and arrows are bugged?
In EOB2, slings and bows are bugged and will only do 1 damage, no matter what projectiles you use. So for me there were no reasons to use them in EOB 1 and transfer them to EOB 2 later.
Playing all of them, I did not like the game play as much in this one vs the first two. The first was ground breaking and the second a great follow on. I think the crew/studio changed on this one creating a non-Eye of the Beholder feel to it.
As I said in one of the other comments, EoB 3 was not as enjoyable to play as parts 1 and 2. The puzzles are more complex, harder to understand, it's more frustrating, you give up faster. My first playthrough took me just under 10 hours. As you wrote, the first two parts were developed by Westwood and part 3 by SSI.
