Great episode!
Enjoyed this one, thank you!
Honestly if you're running a business that gets pallets delivered, maybe school isn't the best option right now lol. Get a random part-time job flipping burgers if needed, but school is just going to be a waste of time if the business keeps growing.
How would you suggest managing and running a business while staying in school? I am genuinely curious about others' opinions.
@ShakinHandsPod I would suggest not mananging or running a business while paying for room and board at a traditional 4-year school. Go to community college to get an associate's while working on growing the business. After 2-3 years, you'll have the associates and a better idea of the business' long-term chance at success.
@@ShakinHandsPodoperated out of storage unit, minimal over head
@@atufi631 Not a bad idea.
@@Messiman14 Great advice! Thanks for sharing.
Yeah you can get books for free written by world renowned authors that have stood the time OOOOORRRRRR you can buy a course from a 19 year old. Your call. Only one clearly makes sense
The guest is total butt
Dan - Thanks for your opinion and feedback. While we don't usually respond to negative comments, your comment provides no context, so we decided to respond. I assume you did not watch the entire episode, so here is a little context. Michael Rich is an industry expert in Cannabis, branding, and marketing. With years of experience, Michael has acted as a partner, owner, and consultant on various companies throughout his career, proving his knowledge and accomplishments. Jack and Michael speak in depth about the creative and strategic approaches that drive successful businesses, which Michael knows much about. Michaels discusses how innovation, strong company culture, and targeted marketing can help overcome challenges and connect with customers. Someone with your negative energy would not be someone Michael would hire to increase a strong company culture. The two share insight into breaking goals into actionable steps, optimizing processes, and adapting to competitive industry challenges. I invite you to continue listening to our future episodes and learn something along the way.
Meanwhile there’s people out there locked up for years and years for selling grams and eighths
If you don't know Michael D Rich... You do now! Brilliant!
We agree!!
The whole economy is based around lies unfortunately
Hey Jack love your work mate, so keep up the great work on your journey with your podcast.
I appreciate the kind words. Thanks for listening! What about the podcast, or this episode specifically, do you enjoy most?
@@ShakinHandsPod as a newbie podcaster myself I haven't had the chance to check out your whole production so far. But it's seeing someone making a difference in the world in what you feel passionate about sharing is what matter's the most.
Love this!
Thanks for listening!! Please let us know your favorite takeaway from the episode.
Great job Abby!!!!
Dope interview !!!!
Oh, this guy is dumb. A corporation will replace any job it can with an automated service. Empathy isnt a barrier of that
Young farmers that have worked in the industry for years just simply cannot finance at current intrests vs these corporations. 100 acres today is very different compared to 100 acres 65 years ago without being grandfathered in. Its tough nationwide.
I 100% agree. We need to prioritize local farmers' providing local produce and crops to our stores. What can we do to incentivize younger generations to enter the agriculture business?
Great conversation
I can't help but feel like this is giving 'mansplaining' vibes. Correct me if I'm wrong but it seemed as though you were saying, even if they already know the thing they should act grateful for you explaining/teaching the thing. Surely the best thing to do would be to simply ask: 'do you know how to do X?' If they respond with yes then you can trust the to do the thing?
Good job bro Keep going
This man is a inspiration to idiots
Really informative perspective
Feeding the ego
So true 100%
Boom!!
Very interesting video. George Heisel was awesome. I was a former employee of “Doctor Diabetic Supply” and everything he touches turns gold. Such a great person and mentor. I stop drinking because of this video. Yep, that’s right, just quit “cold turkey”. I agree about what Ron DeSantis did for the state of Florida. He would not back down during COVID. I never knew George was making calls for “Doctor Diabetic Supply” himself. I also realized that I could never become a millionaire by being an employee. Funny story, I learned how to play golf in high school because a mentor told me most deals are made on the golf course 😢. I never made a deal on the golf either. What a bunch of baloney. Lawyers are snakes. My divorce attorney wanted a 10k for my trial and it was my last hearing. I lost the case because he refused to show up for the last hearing. He’s also sending me bills for an unpaid balance. I agree that respect goes a long way. I learned that hanging out with crap doesn’t get you anywhere in life. I surround myself with like-minded individuals all the time. I am still in touch with the smartest guys in my hospitality program from FIU. I am married to a great smart woman. George Heisel, you are incredible.
Freemium, if done right, is one heck of a way to structure a business
So true!
I thought he was talking about the police profession (in general) up until I opened the comment section.
Ego is one of the most dangerous vices for young business entrepreneurs. This is such important advice!!
The possibilities in life are endless, make it happen
The truth!
Everyone has the opportunity; the question is, do they have the mindset and drive to do so.....?
Truth 💯
Sounds cool, until the people in charge starts holding others accountable for their own mistakes and try to make it as though the ones who are able to lead through example are expendable.
Utter BS
Please elaborate
@@ShakinHandsPodJust utterly vague.
