Why Are My Photos Blurry? The Secret About Shutter Speed
Not working on Win11 LRc 12.3
Thanks for explaining! I have a question though. If I were to shoot in jpg instead would I get close results to what it looks like on camera when I upload it to LRC?
Very helpful advice!
So helpful!
Dude what is this new Lightroom update, I lost all my user presets which are saved into each catalog and I have no idea how to find them 🤦🏻♂️
That helped a lot. Thanks. My goal is to set color temp only. I first tried clearing the tint number from between the quotes, and then removing the tint line entirely (assuring that the closing '>' wasn't lost). In both cases when I run the preset the tint changes (it goes up by one it seems). Any idea how to create a preset that only adjusts color temperature? (Darned if it isn't changing it to exactly Daylight (5500,9) when I change the the color temp from 5550 to 5500. That is just a bit strange.)
Was very helpful, thank you so much
I love the secret tip of finding places to sit and lean against, I never thought of it and it will really help me. THANK YOU!
Thank you for doing this video showing the results of different situations. I learned a lot so thank you!
Lots of persons don't have pc that's why you are not growing if u teach in mobile u are at the top -- tip from iitian student
No self-respecting photographer would rely solely on phones for photography, and maybe prioritize improving your grammar and spelling skills.
Why don’you answer email? You charged my credit card for courses I never wanted to buy! I sent you email to be refunded and you do not answer!!
Thanks. I cannot believe LR doesn't have a "rename catalog" feature. Considering they want you to rename folders and photos only while in LR, this is absurd.
This was very helpful!!!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR POSTING!!!
Good job...thank you
Love the link to these buntings from Amazon
Thanks for a brilliant tutorial on changing the name of a catalog. Nicely presented and everything explained clearly. I'm so glad I found this after a very, very frustrating weekend!
woooahh! awesome & so easy
can you link the umbrella, stand and strobe?
This was an extremely useful tutorial. Thank you so much.
Thank you very much for the wonderful tips ❤
So glad you loved it!

I think it would be helpful to know if you were using a 1.2, 1.4, 1.8 or 2.0 aperture lens?
The apertures used are all shown in the final 10 min of the video
@@colehumphus Just curious, though if she was shooting wide open for her lens. Sorry if I wasn't clear.
where are the images?
they were included in the post in our members area
What f stop are you using? Thanks
Hmm question say I have the orignal lrcat and with the update it makes it orignal-v12 which i hate can I rename the v12 to orignal lrcat and delete the old orignal ? Want to keep using the same name.
from a "back-up" standpoint I think its good to have different catalogs with different names. If you want to use the same name, I think your approach would work but I'm not sure since I've never tried it.
how far do you place baby from backdrop
Doesn't really matter... BUT distance from backdrop will control how much/little shadow you want from your light source and also depth of field between subject and background
@VivianaArmijo-lc1dw I've only just watched this video, and you may well have had dtime to work out a good distance for yourself by now, but based on what I've seen in this video it looks like the floor panel is about 4-5ft from from front to back so I would guess the baby is about 3 ft from the background. Generally speaking though and in my own experience, anywhere from 3-6ft (if you have the space for it) is a good distance from the backdrop to help reduce or eliminate shadow.
Great job! You have created such amazing memories for this family!
Thanks for watching!
Brilliant! I'll be trying this immediately. Thanks Betsy!
Thanks so much Guy!
This is extremely useful. Thank you. 😊
Glad it was helpful!
Great series! In my opinion, composition is the most important thing in photography! What good does it do to be perfect with all the technical aspects when at the end of the day your photos are dull and booooooring......
Absolutely agree!!! Appreciate you watching and your comment.
What a great tutorial, especially for someone just starting out. Thank you!
You're very welcome!
