@GamerX7800X fraps, they have a free version, but its only for short periods of time, like 30 seconds each recording. I'd recommend searching on youtube for a 3.0.0 full registered version.

Sorry for the late reply, but I have similar specs, and maxed out runs at around 60-70 fps average, with the occasional 50 in extreme moments.
In NA version, with the same rig you'd be lucky to get 30 FPS...

@GTXNate Tera released in korea last month. For NA/EU, the next round of testing begins in a couple weeks, with release expected around fall 2011.
