RS Placemats - Quick Clean
Placemats get stained, but cleanup is quick with this trick. A quick clean is usually all that's needed and avoids the wear and tear of a washing machine cycle.

RS Fruit - Pears!

Normal serving size: 1/2 a pear w/added berries. These are USA - Organic - from TJ's and not bad. Jazz 'em up with froz berries and a dash of sugar. Then let sit room temp for hour or so to macerate. Select wisely, choose the ripest one of all. They ripen to the point of rotting very quickly which is why they are in the refrigerator now.

Normal serving size: 1/2 an orange, 4 slices. These are from Chile and they're not great. Some are too sour - taste & reject if too sour. Still having issues with Fruit this time of year.

East Palatka Holly - Overnight Tipover!

Overnight one of our East Palatka Holly's listed to the South about 45 degrees. The root system is clearly damaged and I can rock the tree a few degrees toward upright by hand. The tree's foliage and berries look healthy. We had brutal drought conditions in recent years and these trees have been suffering. Question: take the tree down, or cable back to vertical/implement program of feed and water?

I know one person who has had one of these who had a bad bearing after a year of use, and it has had a bad bearing for like 12 years now and it still works, just loud on spin cycle. Smurdle450 had early bearing failure with a kenmore oasis and it lasted 11 years with the loud noise. That HydroWave seems to have the same issue going on.
I took apart my mode shifter and just replaced the bearing which was bad for $5. Pretty simple design with the main coil that is energized or de-entergized so as to engage it in agitate or spin mode. Bearing and coil are 2 main parts. Not exactly sure what is happening on this one. Maybe it is agitating when locked in spin mode?
GE Profile is supposed to be top of the line... Such bullshit. Better off investing on a Speed Queen.
As many times that the RC's have played at JWJ Park, I have never experienced your band. On July 5th 2023, at Art Walk, that will change.

Oops just seeing your comment here now. The folks who sold this to us listened to the video back in 2022 and said its ok, there's nothing wrong with the chair. Here we are 2.5 years later and can't remember the last time i heard that sound. The chair is working great in all respects. Hope your story is similar!

Hi Rachel, definitely a cool Greek band with an electronics-forward edge -- modern bouzouki & keyboard pitch bending. Called the folks at St John the Divine and they had the agent's name & contact info but no contact info or names for the bandmembers, but speculated the band is based out of Tarpon Springs, FL which makes sense as that is quite the Greek enclave.
