What if the point is above the circle?
Thanks a million very easy method

It sounds like "A small step for man a huge leap for humanity"
hi
thank you
thanx bro
Would it be the same if you were just given the major axis and p
Same construction, just go up to the major axis circle this time, then back to the centre and across from p. The intersection gives you the radius of minor axis.
good man eddie duffy
A huge help, thanks
Thanks
Thanks a million man, very helpful :) Liked and sub
Very clear and informative, thanks.
Thank you(insert big hug smiley)
I think it means practice examinations done in such a way as to mimic the real exam, called a ''mock exam''
Very helpful thank you
Very useful, thanks for the video :)

perfect set of videos! very accurate, condence.. Keep it up!
Also great to hear another irish accent
Thanks a lot. I have a test tomorrow on this and u really helped me comprehend the construction
Thank you so much :)
Could you make a short video of your difficulty? A freehand sketch would be fine. Indicate where you want the tangent.
What if you didn't know point P? I'm in a situation in which I have an ellipse rotated 15 degrees, and I'm trying to find the lowest point - in other words, a point where the tangent line is parallel to the x-axis. Any help would be very much appreciated; I'm unsure of what to do otherwise.
Thank you! I was watching your videos on tangents on ellipses, and it brought me here. I was looking all over online, and people were telling me I had to use limits from Calculus (which wouldn't have been exact anyway).
Succinct and memorable once seen. Thank you.
Nice vid thx
