Why did it take 1 yr for you to realise you didnt love him romantically? You stringed him and yourself on. I feel you’re a very positive and real person, I am not gonna lie I was split cuz of the smear campaign against you after your breakup and it was awful to see how such a ‘good man’ (your words) started saying horrible things. He texted me cuz I commented one of his stories and it was so negative and since obviously we don’t know exactly what happened I’m not gonna lie I believed him but now I want to say sorry cuz you never speak bad about anyone or spread negativity so I just want to say that I misjudged you for a second and I hope you heal soon babes, you’re great really and obviously not perfect but who cares, you’re 25 and the cab driver is right, life is so short. Girl I really feel you! When I was 25 I broke up with my boyfriend from Istanbul after 4 years eeeek. Bad breakup too 😅 I thought I was dead inside. Fast forward. I am 35 moved to Tenerife meet the love of my life - English guy funny enough and am just gonna start a workout in the sunshine! Life will still be good! Even if it doesn’t feel like this now. Have been following you for some years now and I have always felt like our journeys intertwined in terms of relationship timelines, self-discovery, spiritual journeys and even specifics like semi-moving to Turkey and finding love / myself there and needing to deeply heal afterwards. I hope you’ve been successful with the dietary changes/restrictions. I think most Americans would experience much more than three days of withdrawals, if they were to start excluding these things from their diets at once. Most of the “foods” sold in the US aren’t actually real foods at all. We have a sick care system here and it’s awful. At least you live in the UK. They actually ban toxic ingredients there, whereas the US openly allows the cheapest of ingredients/chemicals to be included in everything from your “foods” to your shampoos, lotions, makeup, etc..
