Building a Bent Laminated Modern Lamp
The Center Lamp uses hardwood veneers laminated together to form a solid stem. The stem seamlessly joins to a hardwood base of the same species of wood to give you a durable and simple design to last for generations. Every lamp is hand made and unique with the use of natural hardwoods. They are finished with a plant based oil to protect the wood and preserve it’s natural aesthetic.
The lamps come in Walnut, White Oak and Black Stained Oak.

Well maybe if I was insetting into solid wood. But I’m not, this is bent lamination so there’s much less movement.
Get a tablesaw with anti kickback pawls, you are much more likely to have kickback than be stupid enough to put your fingers near the blade.
