2024 10 28 As stated in the video, I originally discovered this glitch while playing Grand Theft Auto on the PlayStation in 1999. At the time, it wasn't even posted to the internet yet! I tried to submit it, but it was rejected then later discovered and posted by someone else (or they rejected it and stole it, but whatever).

Hi Drew, how did you get this to work? I can see someone connect but how do you make it so that there's more than one player in your session? Could you walk me through this?
I don't 100% remember, but I will get back on and find out for you. Did you need to play online with someone or "couch co-op"?

This issue made me think it was my pc for the longest time. I still have that issue to this day. A temp fix is to just adjust your graphics but after you come back from a mission or two they show up. Some people think its due to low vram, or something with display.
