okay i used to shred my chicken like you did but i saw another creator do this technique and it's been game changing for me: they shredded their chicken using their hand mixer. i use to dread shedding the chicken with the forks, but the hand mixer thing is great lol soup looks delish!!

Please learn how to hold a chefs knife properly, dude! Your thumb and forefinger need to pinch the base of the blade for stability. Holding only the handle results in unsafe cuts due to poor weight balance. With the way you hold your food when slicing it (fingers pointed out towards knife), that bad grip could easily result in an injury. Happy cooking!

Yesss I started this series a few days ago and I was a bit sceptical and had to read the first three chapters three times 😂❤ (my mother tongue is german but i still like to read in english eventough i find it a bit more difficult 😊). I also heard that some people think this book is rather slow paced, Speaking from my personal perspective, I really like that because the author takes time to describe the scenery, surroundings, and the protagonist’s feelings in a very detailed and magnificent way ❤. Additionally, I feel like it really creates a calming atmosphere since there is not too much going on at once. In my opinion, fast paced books can be a bit overwhelming or stressful to read 😂1000/10 recommend this book 🎉

those kiwi knives are a staple in most asian homes. they are sharp, and if they dull, they are easy to sharpen with any knife sharpener. but be careful not toss it in the sink tip first. the tip will bend. and since they are so thin, anything really hard can bend the edge too. but good thing is that they are cheap so easily replaceable. not sure h-mart has them, but you can find them in any asian store.
