Length, Mass and Time
Просмотров 722 года назад
Everything in physics is built off of three basic principles. Length, mass, and time. It is true in our every day life as well. How far away are you? (length). When will you be here? (time). How much is there? (mass). I know that sounds like half the conversation of a drug deal... but I promise its not. :-P SI Units: Length: meter (m) Mass: kilogram (kg) Time: second (s) Check out www.fy6classr...
Physicist Explains Barry Sanders

The Third Law of Newtonian Mechanics
Просмотров 1222 года назад
It's not just "Every action has an equal and opposite reaction". It's more technical and nuanced than that. Let me explain it to you.
The Second Law of Newtonian Mechanics
Просмотров 842 года назад
Newton's Second Law states the acceleration an object experiences is directly proportional to the force applied and inversely proportional to the mass of the object. This commonly represented with the equation F=ma.
The First Law of Newtonian Mechanics
Просмотров 1142 года назад
Newton's first law takes into account an objects initial motion and how you can change that motion. An object at rest will stay at rest and an object in motion will stay in motion, unless acted on by an outside unbalanced force. Most people only say "An object at rest will stay at rest and an object in motion will stay in motion"; however, that is not the full story. The part where unbalanced a...

203 is a small mass at 5’i8-9?? Lmaooo what
Better than Jim Brown? I think not.
hi sir How do we know that to use particular equation or formula
the only problem is, these type of questions aren't as easy as engineering physics. although they is the same topics, it's more complex and has more components into it.
Imagine if he had a line 3000 yards anyone?

I HAVE A PHYSICS TEST TOMMOROW AND THIS LITTERALLY SAVED ME
Calvin ran a 4.35 40 ... Was nearly 6'6. He stopped bench pressing 225 at 21 with lots in the tank. Calvin was "unstoppable" when he wanted... Throw it up and unless a penalty was used against him or some Dallas refs - its a catch ...
Excellent analysis. Basically, he was a weeble. A really quick, shifty weeble. His top end speed wasn't ridiculous, but his initial acceleration was amazing.
Several times a year when I'm bored , I grab a beer and watch Barry Sanders highlight. It never fails to put a smile on my face
Well explained thank you❤
Barry made it art. Jordan made it art. They are artists.
Barry was a freak, he is my number 2 all time running back. Completely different, but Bo Jackson is number one in my opinion. Bo never played a full season because of baseball, but he was the best player on the field in every game he played.
Wow thanks for your help❤
203 iBS is not small at all, he looks small compared to the others but its just cause he's so compact.
Back then, my mom saw Barry Sanders in the Rochester Michigan post office and said hi. She said he was very polite and friendly to her.
# 3 was almost like a Judo move. He used the defenders own force against him!
Its almost as if his direction switches so fast that it would be difficult to line up blocks for him
You are correct!!!
Greatest football player who ever touched the pigskin.
Holding by the o lineman vs the 49ers . He hooked Bryant Young's arm the play should have been called back
Agreed, no one better than Barry Sanders! Thing is here, that alot of these guys are all pros trying to tackle him, you mentioned John Lynch, but there's also Singletary from chicago, Brooks from TB, and many others, so they weren't just average guys here! He made them all look bad at one time or another!
Everyone thinks Barry was the Greatest except for his father!!!
No doubt Sanders was one of the best running backs of all time which makes the commentary on this video a disservice to Barry Sanders. It was obviously made by a very prejudice commentator, who loved Barry Sanders too much, and gave him incorrect comments By exaggerating, we did not need to exaggerate. To say that he defied physics shows his ignorance. Everything that he did can be described by physics. An objective person should do the commentary on this video in a way that actually describes what happens on each run according to the laws of physics. This would not distract at all from his greatness, but it would show that there were many mistakes made by defensive players that allowed Sanders to be great. However, it should be noted that those were mistakes that were caused by Sanders phenomenal athletic ability. Defenders tried to apply techniques that they could use effectively on the majority of running backs. But when applied to Sanders, they did not work because of his incredible vision, decision making and phenomenal athletic ability along with his advantage of his low center of gravity and his wide base. To even suggest that players should quit or lose their jobs because they could not tackle him shows how ignorant the commentator is.
Those that saw him live didn't believe what they saw, those that watched on TV thought it was fake, those that didn't don't believe what was recorded or that the players weren't as good. Barry will always be the most elusive RB ever, for just the reasons you mention. Sorry fans, he was the best ever.
I can literally watch Barry play everyday. Watching him play is like art.
GOAT!!!!!
Hello proffesor! Thank you so much for helping me, Im currently in College and my current educator does not really teach us very well. Just independent learning and if you ask a question from the text book he gets mad and makes you feel very dumb. This makes me feel confidence in the year 😸🤘
Glad to hear that! Physics isn’t easy but very rewarding. Good luck in your classes.
Physics is not adequate to describe B Sanders.
So i tried the question a different way first and i thought it would work but for some reason it does not? I do wonder why it did not work i I first used the Vf = Vo + at and solved for TIME. Then once i had TIME i just used the DELTA X = (Vo+Vf)/2 * t i inputteed the time i got from the first equation it logically should give me the correct answer but for some reason it was wrong. Why was it wrong? What is wrong with this way?
Ok so i tried it with the other equation after finding TIME. I then used the DELTA X = Vo t + 1/2 a t^2 after finding time with the first equation. I then inputted the values and got 531.557 m which was pretty close to the 533 you got in this video
Dude as a physicist you could have gone into much great depth in relation to how Barry is able to do what he did, velocity, trajectory, kinetic energy etc ‘Do I even need to explain’ yes you do.
I seen him play twice in my life, and he was a special talent a man amongst boys on the field with a doubt.
Bo Jackson
As a lifelong Detroit fan, the only bad thing with Barry wasn't him, but the organization not getting A superbowl. He was amazing to watch and fun to cheer on. Your assessment for younger players to understand is great. CG, wide base, acceleration. Were all factors my offensive and defensive line knew well and it showed with results. Barry is a perfect example of this.
Terrell Owens is the actual anomaly on this list. Literally NONE of those other WRs (or others) improved their measurables the way that he did. His numbers from his combine are a COMPLETELY different person in every single way. He got down BELOW 4.4 speed by his 4th year in the League. And he was by far and away the most difficult WR to take down. In fact, he was drafted in 1996… and by the time he became a Pro Bowl player (2000 Season= 2001 Pro Bowl), he actually won the NFL’s fastest man competition at the Pro Bowl more than once. And this was BEFORE the Pro Bowl was bumped back to the week before the Super Bowl instead of the week after. Meaning… The players who played in the Super Bowl actually participated in the Pro Bowl as well. And the actual Pro Bowl game was the final event. They had challenges and activities all week- including a race between the fastest players there. Owens won multiple years in a row. After playing at an HBCU, San Francisco was essentially his real college career from 1996-2000. He came in totally raw as a WR and literally had to learn on the job. And there’s never been another case like his before or since. Using his Combine numbers really is a case of a completely different person.
I see no lies. He was the best.
I want a mike tyson video
Exactly im glad i lived in Detroit during his career too witness him play at the Pontiac supper dome people only came to the game to see him run ...
Thank really helpful 🎉🎉🎉🎉😂 you made physics easier for me thank you once again
I agree with you. Barry is the best ever
8:06 number 46 😅😅😅🥴 he is looking right at us after getting destroyed 😂😂😂
This is terrible. Most of Barry's moves where based on small steps, staging agile. Wide base is stable with no power this guy is pathetic.
THAT WA EXTREMLY HELP FUL THANCK U SO MUCH !
Without question Barry Sanders is the greatest running back ever imo
I was a running back. Same height. Physics make sense sort of but what happened here was you don’t need to be tall and fat to be strong. Strength is more important than mass. He’s fast and strong as hell. Also he has fight or flight reactions which coaches probably didn’t like.. knew how to not get hit by bigger players by not playing the plays exact and doing what he needed to do to not get killed lol which also made him score for the team. The dude was 200 pounds and 400 pound men couldn’t even grab him. He is one of the best running backs in the world. 👊
One of best videos on the internet
OMG THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!
do gale next he was like barry
He was such a joy to watch. IMO, he was the best running back of all time
