@@TheMengineer yes I did, you should also do self development book recommendations as well. I was familiar with the “ chase the task over job title “ concept from the book “think big” by grace lordan. However, your video reminded me of the concept so thank you 🙏. It would also be good if you could do book summaries, that may be really helpful for people.

I was thinking about doing that some more in the future. I already have a couple here on the channel, just haven't done them in a bit.

@@TheMengineer Yee tht would be really helpful, especially if you can do a summary by chapter. Often times when people do summaries, they still miss out on big portions of the “ meat” so to speak .

I actually like my work! My point was more that there's a level of flexibility you sacrifice while working a 9-5. I'm actually pretty lucky that my job allows for flexibility when I need it but a lot of people don't get that!

If you're referring to the text in my video, it's going to depend on the editing software you use. I personally use DaVinci resolve and use text+ for the captions. This allows you to apply effects the words.

Thanks a lot. A small tip if you want, Use 3 to 5 hustags on your video descriptions but be careful they have to be 100% relevant with your content. Also Creating shorts is the fast way to teach youtube who's your audience. @@TheMengineer

I enjoy doing a consistent warmup and queuing up my favorite workout playlist. It gets me in the headspace to attack a workout even if I was not feeling motivated to workout before.

Glad you enjoyed the video! Personally, I really enjoyed Atomic Habits by James Clear. It gives a structured framework on how to build or break habits which you can then apply to your work or anything else! Building a Second Brain by Tiago Forte is a great book about organized note taking. Finally I recommend The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People by Stephen Covey. None of these are explicitly about improving focus but I feel they each can help in building systems that improve your focus and work flow overall!
