I like your videos but I don't understand that why you are using wine I mean the purpose of using wine we are Muslim and and Muslim cannot eat or drink alcoholic drinks so I want to know what is the purpose of using wine in cooking I hope you will never mind

Nice this exactly an Arabic dish we call shakshoka every family have their own way …. The only difference no ricotta cheese…. Sometimes we put other kids of cheese like mozzarella or white cheese
