Mam I have recent abortion in2 month of my pregnancy. I have rubella igg and cmv igg positive but cmv and rubella igm negative . doctor suggest me to use spiromycin3 m.i.u ( toxocare) tablet for 6 months.im trying to conceive again.can these infection prevent me to get pregnancy. Please reply mam
IgG positive and IgM negative means immunity. You and your baby safe.

It shows immunity. You and your child should be safe if you Cmv IgG positive and IgM negative. Herpes needs further evaluation.
