There is an additional ground floor that is marked as an unofficial "floor 0".
These new building are marked to floor 1 "Official floor"
I am using a specific Brainy Baby video to rival the number of floors in such an apartment (Grand Hôtel Saïgon) to see how many floors are there. I tried testing it out in Cantavil Hoan Cau, but there are only 19 floors and not 20. Because the "specific Brainy Baby video" had it gone up to 20, the same does this apartment's number of floors, which makes a slight coincidence to see how far we've come.

If you go there during Chinese New Year season, you'll get a crazy long queue than usual just to ride those lifts. Thats what I experienced before & my family chose to climb the hill because of that.
