NOOOOOOOOO!!!!! Your first tip for losing weight is to eat fat? That breakfast picture you used for the "high protein breakfast" was ridiculous. Bacon and eggs are high in fat and cholesterol, which are not only terrible for weight loss but overall health. Drink caffeine??? Whaaattttt???? NOOOOOO. This is an added toxin in your body and while maybe some dumb study showed it to have an effect on weight loss short term you don't want to base your diet around it. You are bang on with eating whole foods, but you need to add in that they should be whole plant foods. Animal products are very high in calories and very high in fat. Dietary fat translates to fat on your body. It's not rocket science. The small plate thing is indicative of eating disorder culture. The solution isn't to eat less. It's to eat an abundance of whole plant foods that are going to make you feel full. You can't trick your body when you restrict calories, this kind of eating disorder bullshit always results in a binge. Your body is smart, smaller plates aren't going to trick it. You were right about fibre though. And there isn't ANY fibre in animal products so let that sink in. Whole food plant based, baby. Viva la vegan.
