After seeing this I took a screenshot of the cream bun package. Found it at Hmart in Pearl City. They were so good! Forgot to look for the milk donut. Guess I’ll have to go back. 😉

You can make a natto sandwich. Mash avocado and spread on the bread. add sprouts and tomato put a thin slice of tofu(drained of water). then add the natto(you can mash it a little so that it stays on the sandwich. You can flavor with wasabi or mustard or ginger or shoyu or grated daikon or a mix or slices of kim chee(for spice and flavor) then add greens(lettuce, won bok, choi sum, etc) or streamed eggplant.

Leave to Hawaii to come up with some ono looking natto dishes. I love natto. I eat it as a snack at night because it's a healthier alternative. BTW, if you like spicy foods, add some chili crisp or yuzu kosho to the natto. I just thought of something else you can add, chili pepper water. I ran out of it, so I better go make some more. I know it’s not a donut but the banana cream cheese roll from Kamehameha bakery is so good. It looks like a jelly roll made with banana bread and cream cheese filling. Someone brought it once and now it’s one of our favs! The cinnamon cruffins, cinnamon butter mochi and apple turnovers from Liliha bakery are also so ono!
