Thank you Charlie. A really helpful introduction to the correlation between Buddhism and coaching. I especially like your summary of the similarities between the two. The limitless potential of individuals, whoever they are; unconditional positive regard towards everyone; everyone has the ability to change and improve their lives if they want; and a strong ethical code as the the basis of practice. Very much looking forward to the workshop.

Really loved this video - the question you asked about strategies the coachee has already to deal with situations where he is put on the spot seemed to completely shift the energy positively and was such a great question. Really great, thank you for sharing.

Goodness - this made MY anxiety levels soar up to about minute 9. Notice how calm the coach stayed and how his presence was fully with the coachee. Not rushing him, not trying to advise or push hard for a solution. Incredible outcome in less than 20 minutes! Great learning for us coaches.
