That's great and all, but you need real sofrito not to metion fresh cilantro and culantro to really get the true Puerto Rican taste, white rice, Avocado, and tostones... but again good try tho
@@seneidasantiago1323 thank you for the tips. I used a recipe from Pinterest I’ve been using for years. I’ll consider what you’ve mentioned when I make it in the future.
I cook the same exact dish with recaito, cilantro, potatoes & carrots. I don't use the peppers or bay leaves and my dish comes out delicious. I got this recipe from my mother who was born in Puerto Rico.
