Nations of all government must actively involved in cleaning the environment. Buying interceptors n prohibiting the dumping of garbage Into the oceans n seas. The trash kills marine life as well as people making them sick.

Schools must implement community service to students as part of their curriculum. In cleaning the environment .If they are not taught at their young age. When they will have a heart to help in cleaning the oceans n seas!

The only way to stop plastic ocean? Stop the plastic world. First of all? Theres too many boats and ships using those rivers and oceans to be able to block all rivers or to stop all boats and ships. Those human on boats and ships can stop throwing plastic into the oceans but those societies living along those coastline wont be able to stop putting more plastic into the ocean. Keep blaming natural disasters is not the way to go. Ban all plastic around the world is the way to go but all enviromental problems around the world including climate change to air pollution, water pollution, human wastes pollution and much much more all come to one problem: Politic. So yeah. Just give up. This world is pretty "F.U.C.K.E.D".
