Man standing on conveyor is insurance hazard
Don’t think OSHA is anywhere around this company !!
Camera man , go back to end of conveyor that is better picture
لماذا يطحن فضلات الخشب.
The guy with the hoodie is a complete waste of time.
It is truly hard to teach a old dog new tricks especially easy ones like what is happening here
Unbelievable inefficient, stupidity is the key word and unfortunately no safety precautions whatsoever.
The guy in all black is a complete 🤡
Πιο χάντρα ξύλα
inefficient,stupid and dangerous!!👎👎
I supervised two factories at the same time. Clean work clothes were a requirement. These people wear the same trousers for days without washing them. That must give off a dubious smell.
I guess that this is in east Europe. I worked with a Russian man who looks pretty similar to these guys and he was not stupid but just different in the way he was working. I had often problems with him and he properly with me too😂😂 by the way I got just one work trousers from my company I worked for and I was a repair guy for excavators. the company didn't have a second trousers and not even a washing service. guess what, I worked in this clothes for months and with a the dirt, grease and oil in the trousers it became shining and smelled like a old oily machine!😂😂😂
They are outside feeding scrap wood into a chipper. Which part of this resembles a factory to you? I would think clean trousers would be pretty low on the list of requirements
@@cowshottv5867 It is not necessary to wear clothes for 2 weeks.
@@alfredtruchsess7605 no I'm sure it isn't but the only one that seems to care is you.
It's unbelievable how naive people are!
Il capo cippatrice vuole fare in fretta e cosi' ci mette doppio tempo!!
The downtime is almost 50%!!! I've stopped myself. This company would have gone bankrupt long ago in our country.
@@alfredtruchsess7605 Ho capito che bisogna lavorare sodo ma a tutto ce' un limite, good morning!!
@@alfredtruchsess7605 when I saw the first few seconds I knew that those clowns are pretty inefficient. but I guess its cheaper to hire those than to feed the machine with a excavator or crane. there are machines out there which will shredder everything without stopping. big logs or small stuff, it doesn't matter!
No health and safety at this plant
Does anyone else see anything strange about the first half of the video? It seems a little strange... like the video is playing slightly faster than normal. Everyone's movements seem a little quick and jerky.
This machine needs to be replaced
Удивляюсь, почему вы до сих пор не можете решить вопрос с подачей( это же пздц как напрягает. Либо ваш инжинер Олеша, либо наладчик (если он есть) полный валенок.
If I did that work, I would go home with an aching back every night.
I see your video 2 day ago time 9.58am in Pakistan
There are other channels out there that show video from this same lumber business, but I no longer subscribe to them because of all the click bait. I'm glad this channel doesn't mess with things like that. So this is the only one I'm subscribed to out of all of them. Keep up the fantastic work!
The guy with the red tracksuit bottoms is doing a good job then the guy with the stolen royal mail jacket comes along and jams the chipper straight away, what a Muppet!!!
Why would you say the Royal Mail jacket is stolen? They have more than one RM jacket. I've never assumed they were stolen. I just assumed they were freebies or that they legally acquired them another way.
@Tribulation_Harvest I don't think the royal mail give brand new jackets away as freebies.
@@billmoore7137 My point is that we don't know where the jackets came from. I highly doubt they traveled to GB to steal them...lol.
@3:52 Why would Pavlo pull that log out and set it aside?
Де ви працюєте
Pavlo got his foot caught in those straps and almost fell! 😮 I'm glad he didn't get injured. I don't know if I'd watch this channel anymore if anything happened to Pavlo. 😢 He did what I usually do when things like that happen to me. He laughed it off. 😂
Sometimes, the video looks like it has been sped up. It doesn't look right. Everything is moving a little too quickly, and the body movements look unnatural.
Needs a few more coats of wax on that conveyor
😂
Staryj material,mnogo raz pokazyvali
Good job 🎉🎉
Overfill the conveyor belt, jam the chipper. Rinse and repeat ffs.
everything ends up in the material used to make pellets! 😦😦😦
Are they making pellets from this or burning it as is?
@@cowshottv5867 Surely all the material will be sent to a factory to produce pallets
And they don't want to avoid filling the machine to capacity. Does the management not want to produce large quantities? I think so, otherwise the shredder would have already been repaired or thrown out for scrap.
Jams happen. It's the nature of the profession.
Pavlo was on truck duty in the first clip. I see him up there dressed all in red. We usually see him with his feet on the ground.
Guy with the 3 white strips on his shirt. Send him somewhere else! To much overloading again!!!! Let him go clean the toilet 🚽🪠 He slows down production!
He does it over and over and over again. It takes more time to fix the problem than it would to just feed it through correctly. He obviously doesn't have a problem with it...lol. 🪵🪵🪵🪵🪵🪵🪵🪵🪵🪵 😂
Камеру держи нормально
This has nothing to do with craftsmanship imo
There is potential for improvement.🤣
jak jeden pracuje to ma swoje tempo i praca spkojna a jak dwu to dziczyzna
To się wydaje. Ale może masz rację.👍
I've no idea why they keep filling the conveyor with as many logs as possible when the chipping machine keeps getting jammed, I think they need some basic training.
Yeah, right.
I think they have plenty of on the job experience. Sure, one of the guys that works there dumps way too much on the conveyer belt, but the other guys have a more conservative approach to it.
@Tribulation_Harvest must infuriate the guys that have a conservative approach.
@@billmoore7137 That's likely. If so, they held it in pretty well, don't you think? LOL
It's running just like any chipper I have seen if it gets too jammed it back feeds and then starts chipping again
Warning: fraud! This film has already been uploaded. Apparently the people in charge think that the viewers won't notice and are stupid. I will report this to RUclips.
Thank you for your interest in our channel. We make sure all videos are original. If we missed something, please point out the two repeating videos. We will definitely fix it, and the person who missed it will be reprimanded.
@@Woodbrother1I wouldn't be too concerned about his complaint. It's not even a reportable offense, so I don't know what he's going on about. He very rarely has anything nice to say when he leaves a comment. I think you're doing a great job. Keep up the good work and ignore the haters! 😊
Chipworks is the original channel these videos are being stolen from 👍
@@6181green The Chipworks RUclips channel is a US based channel. How can this be the original channel when the videos are made somewhere in Europe???
Cette machine ne produit que 20% de sa capacité
Il y a de la place pour grandir.
probably because they are showing you how the waste drop down to go in the chipper
Maybe.
Your camera angle is not interesting! Always only seeing the workers' backsides is boring.
Thank you for the feedback. We will take it into account.
It's good enough if the camera focus doesn't go up and down, you can put it down
Thank you. We will take it into account.
Good morning 🎉🎉🎉
Good evening 🤣
When will the lifting mechanism on the chipper unit finally be fixed? Have you left it like this for months to annoy the workers? With these harassments you will have fewer and fewer seers.
These are tough times, but we'll fix it later.
@@Woodbrother1 It's only to your advantage! The downtime costs much more money than the repairs.
The log jam happens and Pavlo says, nope, and walks away. 😂 Then he comes back, but lets the other guy try to figure it out. Eventually, Pavlo comes to the rescue. 🦸♂️
Yes, just like in real life. 😊
I like when we get a glimpse of the yard dogs. 🐕
OK. They need to be filmed closer! 😊
@Woodbrother1 Does everyone help take care of them, or just certain people?
Hmmm... the leaves are on the trees, so this had to have been recorded a few months ago.
Hey wait, the trees are bare now. 😂
Not months, but maybe weeks.
They spend more time uncloging the conv then they do chipping
It happens. But yes, something needs to be done about it...🤓
That's a big factory. Where is it? 😎
Let's keep it a mystery for now 😉
@@Woodbrother1 I don't understand how one person can tie it and one person can be in the crane. The person tying it must have a remote control on them. It must be a rich company that pays two people. 🤦♂They have very worn out feed rollers in that machine. I also laughed at how they fed it by hand instead of fixing the material feed. It was in some video. And all those people, they have something with their eyes, 😎 they put a lot of plastic strips in the machine. I'm guessing Russia, but that's just my guess. 😁
@@Woodbrother1I think I know what country they're in. 😉
@@muju9529I don't think it's Russia, but if my guess is correct, you're very close.
@@Tribulation_Harvest It's not important, but the equipment is probably borrowed from the museum, including the crane.😎😂🤣
Yeah the table got fix.
Yes, let’s see how long it lasts. 😉
What’s the point of standing behind the guys watching them pull wood into the conveyor instead of the back watching the wood go into the chipper?
There are all kinds of videos on the channel. This one is meant to show a different angle.🪕
Plonaca planets
I didn’t get it. Could you clarify?
