How much likely ang monthly assoc dues, real property tax for this condo?
What's the difference between one and two bedrooms? I asked because of the huge price differences. I'm still undecided about buying property in Manila or the province and considering BGC if I do buy in the Manila area.

That's not issues or error. The US bank stop the transaction due to being its mysterious transaction that the US bank are not aware of. They had to shut off the process. The bank account holder should have notified the bank that he will be using it in Asia, particularly the Philippines.
You're right. Thats exactly what happened and we realized that after the transaction. We were just surprised because other US banks allow transactions like this with no problems at all.
