One dog man, training a Brittany Spaniel (Épagneul Breton) to be an all-round (HPR) dog for the walked-up shootings in Japan. The majority of my videos will be about hunting, fishing and gundog. We want our dog to be a shooting companion as well as our family dog. Hope you enjoy our videos. Oh, there are some videos on food/recipe, but we don't have any vegan or vegetarian recipes.

First time out with his new goggles. It is called Rex Specs dog goggles from the US. So far, it is working alright, I think. I would like to say a few words though. Plastic lens gets badly scratched only at one day out pheasant shooting. I had to get a plastic polisher to fix it. I wish they would come up with a harder scratch resistant lens, and without UV protection coating. Otherwise, it see...

Another Shika (Sika) Deer hunting video. I was watching a herd of deer behind trees, and at first, I didn't notice this buck in the video. So, it's always better to take time to observe everything. I could have easily missed such an opportunity.
It was difficult to retrieve.

Could he find this bird? I forgot my shotgun had the safety on. Sometimes it happens. So, the bird landed far, and in tall thick grass. There is an extra vid of duck pond shooting at the end.

I only saw a deer up toward the right and didn't see anything else. I let go of that large buck I saw. While I was walking back, I saw another deer, a buck, where I thought I didn't see anything initially. Last year, I totally skunked, this year though, I think, I fixed the problem; hopefully. It seems that it was the amount of powder reloaded that caused it. So, the powder issue is solved, but...

Awesome dog. I had a Brit that liked ducks so much I bought him a vest to protect him from his overdrive and desire.
Thank you for leaving your nice comment. Yes, our Brittany too had too much drive toward ducks despite the fact that he hated cold water. He is no match for other breeds in water, but I'm happy with the Brit as you see in my vids.

What size is this?
It's G1 Medium. It fits quite nicely for our 18 kg Brittany.
thanks for the comment. you know, i'm not really a serious duck hunter, but possibly next season, i might want to try out more serious strategy.
