Traxxas Xmaxx Catching Big Air
I take my Traxxas Xmaxx out bashing and looking for some big air. Ever since it got a fresh new paint job the xmaxx hasn't had much play. So I decided that it was time to take it out for a day of fun at the bmx park on some huge jumps and a much needed bash session. Thanks for watching and I hope you enjoy!

rc car pulls real car

The good stuff statrs at 4:45. Rc car pulls real car. Were back at it again pulling the sti with the xmaxx. The last video didn't show the front of the car so some people were questioning if it was real. Yes the Xmaxx is a beast. Absolute 8s power. The fun starts at 4:45 but i wanted to show all of the video. Hope you enjoy and make sure to subscribe.
Rc car pulls Subaru STI
Просмотров 7524 года назад
I take my Xmaxx and it pulls a Subaru STI. It took a couple tries but i finally got my Xmaxx to pull a Subaru sti. First we broke the tow hook. Then the rope came untied. as they say third time is a charm. This is definitely 8s power. There's nothing like watching a Xmaxx pull a Subaru STI. I still cant believe that a rc car can pull a STI.

New Traxxas Rustler jumping off a dirt hill and it BREAKS!

Brand new Rustler jump on off a dirt hill. My daughter was doing all the filming which is why some of it is shaky but we still had a blast. Hope you enjoy and watch for the video with all upgraded heavy duty parts.
Nice video, what tires do you have in the front?
They’re the stock traxxas alias ribbed tyres
The talons look like they just suck. The badlands might look good but thats honestly just because they're big heavy wheels, and while the rustler takes off quick with them, they look like they'll cause understeer on the track. I think the wheels with the best balance between grip and slip are the duratrax six packs and the speedtreads tripple threat.
the alias is a great all around tire, can handle rocks, dirt, gravel, and smooth pavement.
I agree, but they wear out fast on concrete
Hi, looks great. are the holes all pre drilled ready to install the cage and clip system? Is the body any more durable than the standard body? Yhx
I'm running the narrow badlands on the front and superswampers on the back and they hook up great for sure.
we gota hang out I live on the north side
Dude, you never did the 5pack tires on the turning test lol. Or I missed it. Tried to scroll through and didnt see it
Badlands
i like using pro line gladiators they have some very hood grip
Hey can you tell me why my rustler keeps spinning out amd im only hitting like 15% throttle smh
You may have the wrong tires for where you're running. Another thing you could do to regain some of your traction is to loosen the slipper a bit. I run the slipper in my rustler at a looser setting than stock.
@@markoftheus I fixed the problem mines is going 50mph at 2.8 seconds in 132ft now
What tires would u suggest for both road and off road stock tires wore out quick on road, now I have a pair of condas but not so good in grass offroad
The proline trencher is a decent all around choice. For 1/10th scale use they're available in a 2.2" size and they also have 2 different 2.8" sizes.
The video was great and I recently got some duratrax six pack mt’s for my rustler but isn’t this test kind of irrelevant if you aren’t using the whole set? Because some tires may look better than others but how will the front react when steering and taking off and etc.
Too many questions get a grip my friend.
Great spot bro! Great vid!! #subbed
I'm glad I bought Proline Trencher tires. This video helped reaffirm that Proline makes good tires
Nice video bro 👍👌 Great bashing.
Fuckin' nice, Bro!
Should I change the gearing for bigger tires
I would recommend that, especially in the summer time.
Is that Hank Perry Park in Spokane valley Washington?
It is for sure. I've been out there several times with my kids. Made me an automatic subscriber, lol.
yep I thought so too I have been there a lot
I have talons coming in today and later on imma buy some badlands, badlands rear and talons front, I think that’ll be a great combo
Great video 👍😎👍🍻
Should've done the test with each on all 4 sides otherwise it's just showing trackion not the real handing of them all around!
good review..I got a stampede 4x4 which i converted to a truggy. I put some 2.8 talon wheels trying to figure out which tread to use and this helped a lot thanks.
Where u get that Chevy body?
I got this one from hobby town. Its part number Part#: PRO3507-17.
Great vid, just wondering would the badlands mx28 tires perform fine on a rustler xl5?
yeah. i have seen people run them and get great performance.
Thanks heaps
I ordered a set of the six packs for my rustler but got the wrong ones 😫 I’m guessing 2.8 is correct but I’m not sure about offset, can you help?
The 2wd rustler uses a different offset in the rear vs. the front. The rears have a much narrower offset because the rear hubs stick out further than the fronts. The rear offset is commonly labeled as 2WD electric rear. The front offset is commonly labeled as 2WD electric front, 4x4 front/rear, as well as 2WD nitro rear.
I have just purchased a pair of talons for the rear of my rustler after the originals have worn out, kinda regretting that now
yep unfortunately talons are my least favorite tires. they don't offer very good grip.
@@wlatproductions8839 order canceled! What would you recommend for mixed surfaces including asphalt , dirt and grass?
@@friendlypete10 my favorite ones are still the dura trax. They are the ones that are in the car at the beginning of the video before i do any testing. they offer great traction on any surface. snow included. Videos coming soon.
@@wlatproductions8839 thanks, i've just ordered a set
@@friendlypete10 id prob go with the stock alias tires. The perform great all around. Least on pavement but still pretty. Good. I've run proline dirt works (soft and knobby) they're phenomenal for grip in the dirt. Slightly on the large size though. Way to much grip on asphalt
Hey man, I'm wanting to move off of the stock tires for my kids 2wd Rustler to something bigger. He wants something more clearance etc for bashing. Any recommendations...and will I need to regear it? Running 2S Lipo
Any bigger tire changes the the center of gravity of the car making it easier to roll. You can cange the height of the car by making adjustments to the location of your screws along the suspension arms. If you do decide to change the tires to the pro line badlands for example you will get more height and you should lower the gearing so you dont burn up your motor. on my rustler i run the duratrax six pack and i love the performance i get out of them. hope this helps and happy bashing.
also check out my video traxxas rustler at the bmx park. in that video I'm running the dura trax six pack tires.
Nice. Now 4x4 version please.
Do you think it would handle better if also put them on the front of the rustler. I know it’s a 2wd, it would look badass. Great video.
yes and no. when you put bigger tires on it changes the center of gravity making it higher. This makes the car easier to roll over. yes it offers good traction but the end result is more roll overs.
Nice paint job what led set is that I used auto car ones on mine an it's not that bright
i just used some Battery powered led strip lights. You can find them on Amazon.
Can definitely see the grip on the badlands vs everything else
some wicked air time
I need to go to that place with my maxx 4s! Killer back flips!
life is too short to be careful with an RC, cheers
yes sir couldn't have said it better myself.
I like your videos. I will support your channel, meaning that I will make real views! Of course, I subscribed! (I hope you are nice to support my channel). Be safe and good luck in the future!!!👍

Thank you bro!
Great job bro.
One day I will be able to afford one o those!! What a beast 💪💪 awesome video bro
ayee thanks for watching bro and im hoping that you get one someday to. nothing like a Xmaxx
I'm so glad I took this beast back out. Up next will be some fun in the snow I cant wait. Also as always thanks for watching I truly appreciate it. I got noting but love!
Can’t wait to get mine out there!
When do you get to get it back out hopefully soon.
nice new addition bro..cool to see it at a proper rc track
X maxx power!!
lol yes sir!
What tires for speed run im at 58mph with speedthread breakaway
for speed runs use foams. some of the fastest guys in the industry like Philip Jolly and Raz shifrin use foams on their speed run. check out raz shifrin channel he breaks down every part of a car for a speed run.
Right on just got bandito 2.2 lowered rustler got weight 31/76 3s 11.1v i should hit more then 58mph
@@breadfinilini8288 yep you will. those are also really good for road courses. they provide great traction on the road. Gearing is also big thing for speed runs.
How much would you charge for that hook up??
do you have Instagram. find and dm me.@ wlat_productions
I do t have Instagram my email is arronmiller22@gmail.com
Great video brotha.
ayeeee thanks bro 🙏
DOPE!

@@CamaroCollector98 Friday night lights might be fun
@@wlatproductions8839 there r pretty fun you can bring what you got as long as its not xmaxx size.
