Boy and Girl Scouts had a Jamboree back in 1969. The first time I heard and sang this song!! It was a little different version. And got faster and faster. Over the years I did it for a few people. Not a one of them had ever heard it. I guess they never went to camp. lol. I can’t believe the song popped in my mind after 50 years!!! Had to look it up. Thinking I wouldn’t find it and I either dreamt the song or was having old age hallucinations. Lmao. I found this video!!! I’m sane 😂

That was a great show! I haven't been affected by music enough to follow a band in such a long time. The Wood Bros will surprise you. They are worth listening to and enjoying hard working, smart, strongly talented entertainers. Poetic, fun, intelligent song-writing that is relatable, combined with the full musical sounds the band produces in what I believe is a wide range of genres...blues, rock, folk, country, R&B, that will have you just whistling the tune all day with a smile... They announced at the show that they were nominated for a Grammy this year. Congrats, the Wood Brothers!
