I think there's a huge step that you're missing. As a new agent you don't know how to do listing presentations or dealing with buyers. You can get to work but then what?? It sounds to me that when you become a new agent learning how to actually do the work is more beneficial than getting out there and not knowing what you're doing. Any customer you come across will quickly find out that you don't know what you're doing if you don't know the basics first

The buyers list is key. With a good buyers list you can even sell investors wholesale deals for a piece of the pie without necessarily having to find your own deals.

Wanna find investor clients? Use public records and look for LLCs buying property. The ones that buy consistently are active investors. Attend foreclosure sales at the courthouses

As an introvert how to you get the social media content out there? I try to jump in front of the camera but I always drop the ball and get mixed up on what I want to say, how to say it, and before long it all just kinda falls apart and doesn’t look that great

Wow, so happy I found this channel! I’ve been seriously getting discouraged because of all the negative videos about real estate. I’m a brand new agent - going on 2 weeks and I’m trying to find the best ways to lead generate. THIS gave me ideas and a plan to start🙏 thank youuuuu. I laughed so hard because I have been doing a lot of that busy work and now it feels like I wasted time in a sense. Cold calling frightens me so I’ve been trying to find ways to do everything BUT that.
