Yes there are some amazing hotels on Virgin Gorda, for high end I'd recommend looking at Rosewood Little Dix Bay, for Mid Range Oil Nut Bay, Saba Rock, or Mango Bay Resort, for cheap and cheerful try Levrick Bay Marina or Air BnB, there's some lovely Air BnBs on the island and it's very safe across the whole island.
