Little natural light, ugly flooring, depressing kitchen but a decent amount of space. The rent is great as is Astoria.

It really isnt that bad of an apartment. The rooms look to be of good size. Frankly rent is expensive everywhere. And if you live in the area of New York, you already know, youre going to pay to live there. Lol

Who needs a studio apartment anymore? The problem with housing is that all we've created in the last ten years are these stupid tiny studios and one bedroom apartments that no one needs. People need two bedroom apartments for 2000, not studios!

It's cute. While I like the tiles, I'd prefer hardwood floors. Maybe save those tiles for the kitchen and bathroom. And I hope that place is flood proof.

The flooring is unfortunate, but that's a good amount of space for a studio, and it's great that the kitchen isn't in the living area. Can't believe Astoria is this expensive now, though.
