Yes, come back. When I was a licensed Armed Security Officer I qualified on the Glock 17 & 22. As a civilian and on the Church Security team I carry a G19 IWB and two spare mags on my person. And both CS gel spray and baton in my pocket as well. I have baton training and I would most likely use the baton as a last resort to restrain an uncooperative combative person. My small travel size day pack, $30, is about 10 liters, has a ceramic nylon 10x12 ballistic plate, 4,5 lbs, $120, a GS2 non NFA handgun brace, $99, and a Glock 31 round mag. In order to close with an active shooter and to deal with long distance shooting or people with rifles. And I also carry a robust IFAK, yellow security vest, and zip ties in behind the ballistic plate.

I shoot with Holosun SCS. When shooting with the 32 moa, from 20 yards, I cover the entire "body" of the target. Can't really choose where to hit on the upper torso. But, the 32 MOA is much easier to handle and acquire and as you mention, I can look through the circle. The problem is, You don't say "hey mr. bad guy, wait while I change the reticle size with my fingernail..."

I’m a FAM, no red dot on the firearm, iron sites only. 7 yard line is not the only position we shot from. Wrong targets as well!

I am 69 years old, I cut my eye teeth on the 1911 45, 28 years in Army, Army Reserve, an Army National Guard. I live in commy CA. So I have bb guns, pellet guns an airo soft that I use often.

My last gun fight was in Iraq in 2005 of course I need training and practice.

Soooo, I drive 300 miles to a location that I was unaware that they did not allow guns on the premises, and I have to go inside. Should I drive 300 miles back home to put my gun away ???? This makes no sense.

I hate myself for interjecting, because I don’t want to be “that guy”. In this case, I can’t help myself. I am a Harvard trained, Board-certified ophthalmologist, specializing in neuro-ophthalmology. I am also Board😂-certified in aerospace medicine, as well as in optometry (OD), A second doctorate and residency in eyes. The guest here is speaking about vision therapy, a.k.a. vision training (VT). His statements and explanations are not founded in evidence-based science/ medicine, and a majority of them are, unfortunately, misinformation. I don’t want to be the fart in an elevator, but having a neuro-optometric or neuro- ophthalmologic patient describing his perception of cause-and-effect might not be the best idea. Did I just become “that guy“?
