Thanks for the video, this is want i want to do to mine. They are 4 feet. I would suggest putting some black shrink wtap over the electrical tape so it doesn't come off.

Hey man good video. Only question is mine was put on by someone else a year ago and now it blowed off on the top part. I’ve been trying to put it back on and ended up getting new hose clamps but still not as sturdy. Any suggestions on that. And yes I have even got smaller clamps. 🤷🏾♂️

How is it with cleaning since you have to unhook the harness and there’s not drain on these in the back
Honestly it sucks, I take the bottom seat cushion off then pressure wash everything and wipe with towel then air dry.

Did the ceramic coating help? Undecided with the apex or the daytona.
Go with the Daytonas, the apex are hard to take out because the harnesses go through them. They are also hard to get out of the rzr when stopped, although they are incredibly comfortable. I feel the ceramic coating help very minimally, probably still worth doing.

Took it out on its first trip a couple weekends ago. I think yes it makes a difference but I know forsure I will be doing under the seats and behind the seats aswell. Crazy how much hotter the turbo ones get over my old 1000xp.
Did u use the stock hardware mine are a pain in the ass and I don’t understand
Stock hardware and provided hardware both. They are an absolute pain and it really sucks because you can’t remove the seats easily because the seat belt is through the seat. Love the way they feel just a couple downsides

My cage is low do you happen to sit higher then factory seats?
I think I do sit a tad lower but not a whole lot. Definitely check into some l&w lowering seat bases if you haven’t yet
So would these seats fit with lower bases?

It’s crazy, all the other videos of budget sound systems, their budget was like 3 grand. I was like nah we will do it cheaper and it sounds great to me

Hey sorry to hear about the RZR...if I were you, I'd be putting that shop on blast if they didn't remediate the situation ASAP (same day you call them). Seems like carelessness on the shop's part and gross negligence from the employees that they didn't report it. I knew a guy who had a similar situation to that with his truck, and luckily his dashcam which proved that a mechanic at the shop scratched his passenger-side door while driving it into the garage. And that's a good point about writing down the name of the guy you talked to on the phone for future reference, thanks. It's hard to find trustworthy mechanics out there, man. More and more I see these shops that offer rather questionable work and especially over-charging customers. As the old saying goes: "If you want something done right, then do it yourself."

Holding up good, I do recommend it but I think my expectations were a little to high. For some reason I thought mud just wouldn’t stick anymore and I was wrong. It does make it easier to clean.

Question bro, when you got into the oilrig jobs did they give a urine test or hair… are hair tests common for oil companies ? Thanks!!!
Depends on the company honestly most are just urine tests but I have worked for a company that did hair test every other month

Man still in North Dakota. I’ve been out of the oilfield for sometime now but looks like I might be going back. Current company is firing a bunch of people over the vaccine mandate.

With everything going on with the economy the oilfield hasn’t been great at all. I’ll get together a video tho and show a few options that are still out there
Ok thanks I’m looking at getting my cdl and driving for love travel stop and hauling fuel and I could make about 2000 grand a week after taxes but if that doesn’t work I was going join oilfield or pipeline
@@davidsanders2547 There are some opportunities in North Dakota especially if you have a CDL I know a couple guys that have worked at Nabors Drilling
