How does this work? Edit: trying to follow along... Strafe left, rotate to your left (counterclockwise) ~90 degrees, walk backwards... Strafe left, rotate left 90, walk backwards, Strafe left, rotate left 90, walk backwards, Strafe left, rotate left 90, walk backwards.... Wait, are you causing the witch to overshoot you, to move too far while chasing you during the "left" motion, so that when you turn and walk in the direction you came from, the witch has too much inertia and can't follow you?
