My silvercrest air fryer doesn't brown my plantain after frying at 200c for over 1 hour. Please what can I do?
Wow, for over 1hr 👀... I think you may have to get it checked by an expert technician. 200° for an hour can evn bake you 2 sets of cake so imagine plantain...
So you can't make it a swallow without grinding it?
You can make it a swallow without grinding it if you want a more textured swallow. This gives you very smooth and fine swallow but it fine to no grind because those fonio grains by nature are not big so you get a nice texture when you go that route.

Probably best to use young coconut meat as it is more creamy compared to the old brown coconut which has a higher oil fat content
