@@jrlvarghese if u gonna upgrade with the stock gear system . i.e. if stock cycle is 9 speed and u want only 9 speed then don't want to change the shifter. If u gonna upgrade 9 to 10 or 11 speed then need to change the shifter also.

@@thekidshrey wheels will be 2 to 3k. Rotor and Callipers will be 2 to 3k sir. Totally it will be 5 to 6k for converting it to Disc brakes
