Much of this has been on my mind lately. Survival mode seems to be a recurring theme in my life and it's hard to move past that mentality when things aren't so dire. I appreciate you being here.

I think depression is just a nutritional deficiency. Being outside is important because you can absorb more vitamin D through your striking blue eyes. You were made for winter you just don’t realize it. I also take more D supplement during the wintertime. Sometimes 10,000 IUs a day.
