Large Group Contest 2024

The Marion High School Meistersingers performs at Mount Vernon High School for the Iowa State Large Group Contest held on Friday, May 3rd, 2024. Meistersingers is conducted by Jonathan Dyrland and accompanied by Valerie Earnest. The choir performs Loch Lomond by Jonathan Quick with soloist Ezekiel Calhoun and trio Logan Frye, Braydon Kiegel, and John MacDougall. The choir also performs Let My Love Be Heard by Jake Runestad. Meistersingers received Division 1 ratings from all three judges for a Division 1 rating overall.
