Emily you are so cute. I look forward to learning from you and I guess I have something to teach to you also. I just started my journey with crystals and Im hooked I love them my sister in law gave me my first crystal then died a week later I tried to save her and couldn't then a neighbor was moving asked for my help and gave me a large box from her personnel collection and I would say the rest is history but that's just were everything started.. but the reason I message you is about the radiation. Please use crystals to protect yourself. I did a little research myself which started with the smart meters that are being put on people's houses and the 5g towers and my findings were horrific. We are the lab rats and the effects of the radiation is kept quite and it's limitless what it effects I found ADHD, headaches, depression, weight gain, brain tumors, cancer, skin issues, memory loss, hair loss, vision problems, your equilibrium issues and ringing in the ears. And the scientists who tried to warn everyone were silenced. The list is endless but it's real and it's scary and we need to protect ourselves I believe crystals will help but just Google the effects of 5g and smart meters and studies found to prove the harmful effects. Please it's very eye opening for those who actually want to know some people don't. I thank you for your information and I look forward to watching videos and please stay safe.. also another way is to pray with your crystals and to talk to them and tell them what you need done it could be out loud or in your head but give them a task so to speak that you need help with and they will help . Thank you for sharing. I like to wear crystall braceletts. Now I am wearing rose quartz, citrine and lava stone bracelett. And I like to use crystalls to sleep with. I have a amethyst geode under my bed with a grounding matress, so I ground the amethyst and the vibration gets stronger!

If you put a small bag of crystals that are a portion of your intentions under your pillow every night it will energize your chakras. Like I had problems sleeping and waking up, I got a Amethyst point and I have been waking up and sleeping better. My MS still kicks me in my behind and I get the urge to sleep during the day but it helps with my mental state to a small degree.

Just wanted to say that when sleeping with the wrong crystals can make you have trouble falling asleep or, even when you have had a good 8 hour sleep you could still be tired.. a crystal that I totally recommend is amethyst, it can prevent bad dreams and make you fall asleep faster. I also recommend the crystals she recommended as well. Stay safe!
