    I am not telling you what to do with your life, but no sugar energy drinks are actually worse than having sugar. When you have stuff with no sugar, the first few times your body still makes insulin, and after it figures out the insulin isn’t breaking anything down, you actually end up with an insulin insufficiency aka diabetes. Be careful to consume no sugar products! They are a lie and basically rapidly take you down a path towards diabetes.

    Suggestion: I'm 11 minutes in and I have not heard you talk about the different levels of sponsorship.... some people believe that getting a discount on products is actual sponsorship.... to make a sponsorship is getting free product.... a discount on product is simply just a discount....

    Great video. What would be your training schedule if you raced sprint enduros, normally 2 sections, 18-20 minutes per section, have to ride each section 2 or 3 times , having 3 hours to finish, usually a break between sections? Ty

    Ive only been to LL's for their enduro event, I forgot what it was called, but they only used the track for Yamaha test rides. I only do enduro, not motocross. I did not realize LL's what a big thing either at all, I just went around a year ago and I am just now realizing that people fly from all over the world to go there. I am a Tennessee local and I did not even know this.

    Ive been telling my daughter to chill between races on hot days, but no she'd rather run around and play at all the camp sites till she's so exhausted she can barely ride during her second evening moto 😂 However she's been racing mornings on the amateur track then going over to the main track for a second set ✊️😁

    3:10 I think this is where most people are coming from when they say not to lift. They don’t understand that you can focus weight training to different things. Lifting for aesthetics would be a bad idea, as you’re putting on mass that is going to tire you out, but lifting for strength and endurance helps a lot.

    I take some caffeine before riding. I drink some self made hydrating drink including water, salt, baking soda and sugar. It’s better to drink some hydrating stuff than dehydrating stuff as caffeine is also dehydrating. Before I drank only water but it will flush your body from all the important minerals and it will just get through your body too fast by sweating. I feel like I have better energy by drinkng this hydrating mix.

    Not having serious health issues from overtraining supprizes me. I work a hard physical job and don't ride well when I am tired. I can't imagine what Bob Hannah put himself through. Jeff Stanton ran ten miles then would do motos every day. I'd work on recovery
