My employer A is E-Verified through employer B, employer B is a Professional Employer Organization (PEO). Employer A and B are co-employers. Will this relationship work for STEM Extension? For E-Verification purpose, the Company Name, and the Client Name is the same as the employer B (PEO) name, Company ID, and Client ID are also the same numbers. Employer A's name is not listed anywhere for E-Verification but all employees that work for employer A are E-Verified through employer B (PEO). I have to list my employer A's name and EIN number on form I-983 as employer A will fill the Training Plan for me. However, on form I-765, I have to mention the name of Employer B (PEO) as their name is listed for the E-Verification purpose. How the USCIS will look at this case and will they reject my STEM Extention because I mentioned two different employers on two different forms? Who should be reported on the I-765 form? Now you would wonder if employer A has the E-Verified Client Company Identification number? The Company client ID is the same as the company ID.
