To be fair to the game, it is real enough to teach you the basics of each job. Most things are far more in-depth in real life, obviously, but everything goes together in a similar way. So yes, it would help you learn... But not as precisely enough to work on your own car using this as a tutorial. But if you mean does the game help you, kind of... Things will only fit into the correct place... So as long as you don't forget bits then yeah. It's as easy to learn as any other game. Like I know nothong about spaceships, but eventually I could master the game. Hope that makes sense

@Mr-Bug-UK never played MT so can't attest to how it's set up, but that how it works IRL, and in MG. Differential gear ratio is the number of times the drive shaft rotates for each rotation of the wheels IE: 4 00:1 four turns of the driveshaft to one of the wheels. (High revving which is good for towing, but not fast) 2.80:1 two point eight turns of the drive shaft to one turn up the wheels. (Low revving which is good for economy, and fast

​@ford6 Very good explanation there. In MT, it goes from 1-16 with some decimal numbers (i.e. 2.77 etc) but they don't seem relative to anything comparable. So 1 FRD is 1:1 and 16 FRD is 16:1 but it's impossible to know what you need, it's very much trial and error. But hopefully they're going to improve on that eventually

Yeah, a little GPS mini-map is actually easier to program than the big 3d lines on the road, so wouldn't be a bad option. I agree, it does kinda ruin the realism

In the screen where you select your loads, there is a tiny little control to turn off the "auto navigation".

Thank you for reminding me. When I reinstalled Windows, I forgot to put the filters back on OBS. 🙂 For those curious, to add filters to remove background noise: Click properties on your mic input and click the + symbol in the bottom right. Then add Noise Suppression. Done
