Clarence emptied his clip, started shooting from inside vehicle on the passenger side going through tre in the driver side towards josh, then jumped out and ran while still firing, he hit tre twice. Second it’s not a crime to pull out in front of someone, we’ve all done it, yes they go to the store yes tre leaves and picks up Clarence and guns, tre testified on the stand saying he went back because he didn’t want josh to think he punked him😂 total of three hours, also no Heroin or crack was found in josh but meth was found. Matt had a warrant, josh didn’t. Yes tre and Clarence was the only ones arrested because Matt being an unarmed man who was almost murdered made him a victim and in the state of Oklahoma if you’re a victim and have prior convictions, police can’t arrest. And on Josh’s hand he was dead at the scene so they can’t arrest a dead man especially since he was unarmed as well.

The white car next to tre you then at the end you can see someone ran to the side of the building and threw something the scene was never taped off or searched properly that why the never found the gun that shot tre amd the driver Matthew has a prior history of road rage where he ran lady off the road and left her paralyzed he a know criminal and has a rap sheet and had drugs in his possession and in his system at the time of the incident

Past doesn’t matter, what matters at the scene. Also the guy doesn’t run the trash can, he runs to the side of the building because he had 15+ rounds go past him, also testified in court not know anyone there and was caught in cross fire, also said he didn’t have a gun. Actually after looking up Joshua Stewart i found all court records. Josh Stewart was nothing but a racist junkie who chose to start road rage that night. That is not what happened. Tre was shot twice by the racist ass crackhead. He never had a weapon. He never even got out of the car. The friend, Clarence had a license to carry, shot and killed that racist piece of shit. Two white men that had a history of criminal activities that was older then both Tre and Clarence has been alive, bullied Tre and tried to kill him. He was bombarded and shot on his left side by that white man. Tre had no weapon. He would have been killed had Clarence, remember, legal gun owner and holder, not shot and killed the white man. Now tell me, how is that not self defense!?!? In the state of Oklahoma, we have Stand your Ground. If you are shot and your friend shoots the person who tried to kill you and kills them, that is self defense. Except in the state of Oklahoma, it is only considered self defense if you aren't a person of color. You can look up all 4 men and see that the two who were convicted, didn't have not one criminal past. How is that fair???
