I interpreted it as saying Papyrus uses blue in his attacks. That's where the concept of blue attacks is first introduced if I'm not mistaken. Also, I remember Papyrus joking with Sans and even trying to one-up him a couple times? I could have taken a 2nd, or even 3rd swing at the lyrics but I didn't change them because that's what I got from it. Basically, this AU is from a animation by flamesatgames where during a genocide route, sans stops papyrus from going to the human and instead of fighting him at the end of snowdin, you fight sans so he can try to take you out way earlier cause he was tired of all the genocide routes that came before this one. But the human kills him and papyrus was the one to watch all his friends die until you fight him at the end of judgement hall and basically during the whole fight papyrus doesn't want to kill you since he still believes that you can become a better person even after all the terrible things you did. I recommend you watch the animation to get the best possible understanding of this AU.
