Welcome to Tina's Soul Kitchen, fresh juices, vibrant salads, and nutrient-packed smoothies take center stage. This channel is dedicated to embracing a healthy, flavorful lifestyle nourishing body and soul.
I'm Tina, and in 2020, I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's disease, the most common form of hypothyroidism. This autoimmune condition damages the thyroid gland, which controls metabolism and other essential bodily functions. After working closely with my dietitian and endocrinologist, I realized that I needed to completely overhaul my diet to balance my hormones and reduce inflammation.
My journey led me to adopt a gluten-free, sugar-free, grain-free, and dairy-free diet. I now focus on incorporating plenty of salads, smoothies, fresh juices, and plant-based meals into my daily routine, all designed to support my health and well-being.

Are you looking for a delicious and crispy waffle recipe without eggs, or diary ,but naturally added protein.Unlike traditional flour-based waffles,which can be high in empty carbohydrates,red lentils provide sustained energy , making this recipe an excellent choice for breakfast or mid-day snack.
𝐈𝐍𝐆𝐑𝐄𝐃𝐈𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒:
1.200 grams of Red Lentils (washed)
2.450 grams of Almond Milk (can also use Oats or any other plant based)
3.100 grams of gluten-free flour
4.4 table spoon of raw pumpkin seeds
5.4 dates (without the seeds)
6.2 tea spoons of baking powder
7.Pinch of Salt (Himalayan or any other Salt that you desire)
8.Coconut Oil
