There’s no “go down more” she’d be on the floor mate 💀. Also there’s different ways to move your arms, They don’t have to be tucked in that’s just to avoid injury to the shoulder I’m pretty sure.
I have a prior shoulder injury from when i was a teen. This is just how my body wants to do the pushups. It never inflamed my injury though.

@@xSzeth no but Even tucking your Arms can get you injured just as easy.
@@UR.Gibbs-White what do you mean by that? You can get injured in any position, but it’s more likely with your elbows flared. Ask any physical therapist.

You’re doing good! But your forearms shouldn’t push ‘outwards’, only your inner arm should move until it’s perpendicular to the forearm which is always upright!
