If we include everyone we don't have to worry about excluding them. According to a neuroscientist study, 95% of our thinking is subconscious. Becoming more conscious is certainly a path to help raise our awareness about inclusion. There needs to be a 'circle of we' To be in the circle, not outside the circle. Glad I came upon NASPO ..The EU could do with a similar organization that worked alongside EU Countries and EU Institutions to better promote cross border public procurement which is very low!

Are there any grants available for getting thru the contact hours/exam for those that have an extensive background in procurement and want to get certified? I am currently unemployed and have over five years in public procurement. Looking to take my career in procurement to the next level and appeal to a wider audience of potential employers. Unfortunately my previous employer did not mention these certificates and I noticed many of the positions I am interested in applying for prefer candidates are UPPCC certified. However, some of the courses are over $400 and that course will give you just for 14 of the required 72 contact hours ultimately needed to qualify. Thanks in advance for guidance!!
